Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Design and develop structural plans and drawings for construction projects
– Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety and compliance with building codes
– Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
– Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
– Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
– Review and approve project specifications, drawings, and documents
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
– Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) Registration
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering
– Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD.Pro
– Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Valid driver’s license
