Job Description

Responsibilities :

Process sales orders and quotations accurately and efficiently
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure timely delivery and payment
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations
Support the sales team in meeting sales targets and objectives

Requirements :

Degree in Technical/Commercial field or related
5 experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the mining industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, JDE and TM1
Prepared to travel
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Commercial skills and analyse and interpret data
