Key Responsibilities:
Smart Metering Expertise:
Demonstratable experience working with smart meters, including installation, configuration, and data analysis.
Possess a deep understanding of smart metering communication protocols and technologies (e.g., Zigbee, PLC).
Experience with smart meter data management systems (MDMS) is a strong asset.
Process Management:
Implement and document efficient processes for managing and supporting existing and new smart metering products.
Analyze applications and recommend improvements to optimize technical workflows.
Training and Support:
Provide technical support and training to internal staff on smart metering technologies and procedures.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments (e.g., Sales, Engineering) to ensure seamless integration of smart metering solutions.
Client Liaison:
Act as a technical liaison between the company and clients, addressing any smart metering related inquiries.
Assist with resource management to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, IT, Networking, or other technical field.
Experience in a technical role, with a strong focus on smart metering technology.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to prioritize workload, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
