Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- 1. Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound calls and emails
- 2. Understanding customer needs and requirements
- 3. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate Estimator for further development and closure
- 4. Play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and turnover growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with numerous clients on all levels, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Requirements and Skills
- · Proven sales experience
- · Track record of over-achieving targets
- · Strong phone presence and telephonic cold calling experience
- · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- · Strong listening and presentation skills
- · Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- · Preferably Construction Industry / Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems knowledge.
Package & Remuneration
Working Hours Monday to Thursday either 6h45 to 16h30 or 7h30 to 16h30 (lunch breaks dependent on working hours)
Fridays 6h45 to 15h15 or 7h30 to 16h00
Specifically looking for candidates who have exceptional English / Afrikaans dialect.
