Duties & Responsibilities :
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creating document templates
• Converting information from project teams into user-friendly documents
• Numbering and labelling documents for identification and reference
• Scanning, copying, and distributing documents to project team members and stakeholders
• Tracking documents to maintain confidentiality
• Reviewing documents and making revisions for accuracy
• Liaising with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements
• Filing & Retrieval of Drawings
• Control of Documents & Records
• Fulfil required administrative duties
• Perform other reasonable duties within the scope of this position necessary to achieve company objectives
Desired Experience & Qualification
QUALIFICATION
• Grade 12
• Any related formal training will be advantageous
EXPERIENCE
• 3 years or more in similar position
• Computer literacy in MS Office
• Document control procedures
• ISO 9001 requirements relating to “Control of Documents and Records”
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Must be able to read & understand engineering drawings
• Ability to work under pressure & unsupervised
