Duties & Responsibilities :
Tenant Relations and Property Maintenance
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to preserve the condition of the property
Financial Management and Administrative tasks
Owner Communication – serves as the primary point of contact for property owners, providing regular updates on property performance and financial matters
Risk Management and Legal Compliance
Marketing and Business Development
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on sectional title complexes.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
