We’re searching for a skilled and passionate Condition Monitoring Technician to join our clients dynamic team. You’ll be the guardian of the machines, using your advanced skills to diagnose and prevent problems before they cause costly downtime.
Imagine your daily soundtrack:
Conducting intricate inspections and analyzing machine health through vibration analysis, oil analysis, and other techniques. Think of yourself as a detective for industrial equipment!
**Unraveling the mysteries of machine failure: ** You’ll delve into Root Cause Failure Analyses, pinpointing the culprit behind breakdowns and preventing future occurrences.
Taking the maintenance game to the next level: Recommend improvements and implement strategies to optimize equipment performance and lifespan.
Traveling the region to visit different treatment plants. Be prepared for adventure while serving the greater good!
To join the orchestra, you’ll need:
A solid foundation: Matric/Grade 12 (or equivalent) and preferably a Trade Test (Mechanical) will set the stage.
Advanced training: A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will elevate your performance.
Experience is your best instrument: At least 3 years of experience in condition monitoring and site maintenance will make you a master musician.
Certifications are your chorus: CAT II ISO certification, Balancing, IR Level 1, Tribology/Oil analysis Level 1, and Alignment will harmonize your skills.
Tech skills on point: Excel, Word, and Outlook are your digital instruments.
Analyze this: Translate technical data into actionable recommendations.
Bonus points: Familiarity with VIBEEXPERT11 Vibration Analysis tool will make you a virtuoso!
