Requirements
2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail environment, preferably in homeware and/or fashion.
Proven track record in maximizing turnover, driving exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership abilities with the aptitude to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent knowledge of innovative visual merchandising techniques to create compelling store displays.
Experience in implementing effective stock control measures and reducing stock loss.
Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and practices within a retail setting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and customers.
