Duties & Responsibilities

As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of my client’s organization. You will be responsible for overseeing various financial functions, from monthly management accounts to budgeting processes, and maintaining effective financial controls.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have a proven track record of success in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate monthly management accounts and reports in a timely manner.
Lead the budgeting process from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Prepare and review reconciliations, schedules, and address financial queries.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Coordinate and prepare for interim and final financial year-end audits.
Maintain effective financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
Cultivate and manage positive internal and external relationships to support financial objectives.
Undertake any ad hoc assignments as assigned by the General Manager and Group Financial Executive at head office.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
