Duties & Responsibilities

Our client is currently seeking a Financial Controller to join their finance team on a permanent basis in Durban North.

Duties:

You will need to build a competent and motivated team
Ensure that all financial accounting functions are in compliance with company policy and procedures, regulations and GAAP
Manage audits
Manage the budget formulation process
Assist operations management to reduce costs and improve profits

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Matric/Grade 12 (Certificate required).
Bachelor of Commerce degree or Post Grad qualification.
Professional registration – CIS and/or IAC essential (if CA – SAICA).
3+ years’ experience in a similar position.
