Duties & Responsibilities

A South African accredited organisation within the Property sector is seeking a well-versed Financial Accountant that will be innovative in their business model, streamlining the effective and strategic financial planning of the company. This role is based in Braamfontein, Johannesburg.

As the successful candidate, your focus will be on loading payments, managing tax payments and conducting cost and revenue analysis; basically an all-rounder regarding Financial Accounting.

Responsibilities:

Month-end journals
Ensure financial governance and compliance to the required standards
Review external audit and annual financial management procedures
Prepare Budget vs Actual analysis report
Prepare payroll recon with general ledger
Prepare monthly reviews, financial plans, budgets and forecast

Job Experience and Skills Required:
BCom degree in Accounting
3 years’ experience as an Accountant
