Job Description:

Manage the Portfolio Pack, foreign investments, and cash flow
Monthly reporting for Manco and Exco
Drive the Group’s financials, subsidiary statements
Handle technical accounting and new IFRS standards
Liaise with auditors and teams for reporting
Prepare group consolidations, board packs, and analyst presentations
Maintain shareholder register and assist in asset valuation
Improve reporting, SOPs, and data culture
Assist in monthly management accounts
Analyze and back-test investment decisions

Qualifications and Experience Required:

CA(SA) Accreditation is essential.
5+ years commercial experience in the financial services or property.
3+ years managerial experience.
