Duties & Responsibilities :
Key performance areas:
Provide operational training in various butcheries
Assist with butchery training at our offices, school and stores.
Ensure procedures are implemented and adhered to
Ensure implementation of and adherence to the Food safety, Hygiene procedures and policies
Desired Experience & Qualification
The successful candidate must have:
Matric with a Degree in Human Resource Management
Previous work experience will be advantageous
Computer literate – (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be willing to work in a Butchery / Meat environment
Must have a passion for training of staff
Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Must have a valid driver’s license with own reliable transport
