Duties & Responsibilities :

Key performance areas:

Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to promote the products and services
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity
Adjust ongoing campaigns accordingly to ensure the best possible results
Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies
Maintain and update the company’s website, social media profiles, and other digital channels
Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns

Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful candidate must have:

Matric with a Degree in Marketing / Communications or any relevant qualification
3+ years of experience in marketing and automotive would be advantageous
Excellent computer literacy – (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Previous experience with website content management systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to understand social media trends in the digital content and social media space
Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and digital media formats
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with own reliable transport
