Duties & Responsibilities :
Key performance areas:
Assist with recruitment activities and onboarding
Drafting various employment documents
Compiling and updating documents
Maintaining filing and recording all required administration on systems for reference and auditing purposes
Assist with employee engagement activities and projects
Update various KPI trackers.
Process weekly payroll
Completion of monthly management attendance registers.
Completion of weekly reports and audits
Assist with ad hoc duties and queries
Order and distribute uniforms and PPE
Complete weekly Covid-19 tracker
Co-ordinating events (Long service, peak, training and appreciation meals
Desired Experience & Qualification
The successful candidate must have:
Matric with a relevant BCom degree (Human Resource Management/ Industrial Psychology)
1 year experience in a similar role
Knowledge of a supply chain, will be advantageous
Previous experience in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong computer literacy skills – Especially Outlook, Word and Excel
Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
Knowledge about recruitment techniques and processes will be advantageous
Great attention to detail
Ability to work with people at all levels
Must have the ability to do multiple things simultaneously
Good coordinating, communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license
