Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities :

Delivering excellent customer service to clients
Ensuring the clients’ campaigns are working at optimal efficiency
Collaborate with the rest of the team to bring the client’s vision to life
Managing multiple clients’ projects concurrently
Ensuring reporting deadlines are met

Desired Experience & Qualification :

Experience in digital marketing management (clients, campaign concepts, creation, budgeting)
Understand digital jargon and their functions (PPC, SEO, Paid Social/search)
Understand social media and community management best practice
Experience using tools such as Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook Business Management and MailChimp
Excellent communication skills
Strong relationship building skills
Ability to handle multiple accounts at any given time
Marketing qualification would be advantageous
