Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with strategic and budget planning and managing key accounts.
Management of the entire sales and service function within the company.
Financials – Expenditure control for Service Departments.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibility for the yearly Service strategic business plans.
Identify both short- and long-term risks to the business and develop strategies to overcome these.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field would be an advantage
5 – 7 years experience in a management role
Package & Remuneration
R 800 000 – 1 million ctc per annum (Depending on experience and qualifications)
