Duties & Responsibilities
Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all relevant legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees in an effort to drive compliance and reduce legal risks.
Identify and mitigate internal systems and procedural barriers to enhance excellent customer service.
Knowledge of all relevant HR and Labour Relations legislation and frameworks such as BCEA, EEA, LRA etc.
Build and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships for the purpose of expectations management, knowledge sharing and integration, and to manage the organisation’s reputation.
Desired Experience & Qualification
HR qualification;
Skills Development Facilitator accreditation;
Payroll qualification and experience;
Experience working with a human resources information system (HRIS) such as Workday, SAP, VIP Sage etc.
A proven track record partnering with business to deliver value-added HR services across selection, recruitment, performance management, talent management, employee relations, Learning and Development etc.
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
Package & Remuneration
Salary: R50K – R54K per month(depending on exp)
Contract: 12 months
Mobile phone allowance
Compensation for travel
Location: Sandton, with travelling as needed.
On site (in office) when not travelling
