Duties & Responsibilities

The creation and maintenance of the working place infrastructure.

The establishment of standards of service.
Needs to have experience in dealing with services companies.
The preparation of annual budgets of expenditure (both Capex and Opex) for the operation of the managed site.
Must be willing to travel.
Manage all security related requirements for the location to the end user satisfaction levels and maintain EGP standards on deliverables.
Provide at requested time all administrative support to the Security team.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required report and tasks.
Ensure immediate response to Priority Calls.
Generate Monthly Management Reports in the agreed format to the Central Unit.
Exposure in handling shareholders’ and stakeholders’ enquiries.
Managing all the services agreement in line with Security Unit scope of work (services, maintenance, and projects).

Desired Experience & Qualification

Degree / Diploma in any Legal Field
Security related national Diploma or Three-years related field.
At least three years’ experience in a service environment, ideally in a Security environment
Exposure to the security industry
Exposure to services, maintenance, monitoring, and security management.
Budgeting and financial reporting experience.
Exposure to the drafting and interpretation of Contracts-Ideally, service level agreements
Experience in Project Management would be highly advantageous.
Drafting reports.
Valid Driver’s License
Multi-territoriality: Job position in Sandton.

Package & Remuneration

Salary: R8600 per month, CTC
Contract: 6 months
