Introduction :

National manufacturing company with head office based in Westmead, seek an IR Manager who has a related 3 year qualification, 5 years payroll and HR generalist experience, and 3 years IR experience within a unionized environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for a payroll of almost 200 staff, training coordination, recruitment and termination of employees, employee benefits and management of personnel files; in addition to dealing with all IR and union matters. Preference to affirmative action candidates.
