Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
– Monitor and evaluate product quality at every stage of production
– Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
– Work closely with production teams to address any quality issues that arise
– Analyze data and create reports on quality metrics
– Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
– Train and mentor team members on quality control procedures
– Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices in quality management

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field
– At least 5 years of experience in quality management or a related field
– Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools
– Experience working in a food manufacturing environment
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
– Effective communication and leadership abilities
– Certification in quality management (such as Six Sigma or ASQ) preferred
