Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Assist wealth managers in preparing financial plans and investment proposals for clients
– Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow-up on action items
– Maintain client records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
– Monitor client portfolios and alert wealth managers to any changes or opportunities
– Act as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service
– Assist with researching investment opportunities and preparing reports for clients

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in wealth management or financial planning preferred
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of financial markets and investment products
