Machine Operator

Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Set up and operate machinery according to production schedules and specifications
– Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
– Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to keep them in optimal working condition
– Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the production process
– Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Prior experience operating industrial machinery preferred
– Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
– Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy materials for extended periods of time
– Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
