Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
– Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
– Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
– Create and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
– Conduct training and development programs for staff at all levels
– Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
– Handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
– Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees
– Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite
– Certification in HR management is preferred
