Job Description


– Oversee all depot operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing grain
– Develop and implement depot maintenance and repair schedules
– Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
– Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
– Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of grain
– Supervise depot employees and ensure their training and development
– Monitor and report on depot performance metrics
– Develop and implement strategies to improve depot efficiency and profitability


– Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or related field
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in grain storage and distribution
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to grain storage
– Proven track record of managing a team and achieving operational goals
– Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
