Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software
– Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues
– Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
– Coordinate with project team members to allocate resources and track project expenses
– Provide regular updates on project status and make recommendations for adjustments as needed
– Conduct regular meetings with project team members and stakeholders to review project plans and progress
– Participate in project planning and strategy sessions to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or related field
– Proven experience as a project planner or project manager
– Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) is a plus
