Key Responsibilities:

– Assist financial advisors and wealth managers in preparing client meetings and presentations
– Maintain client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
– Monitor and track client investment portfolios and financial transactions
– Coordinate client communications and follow-up on requests and inquiries
– Assist with the preparation of financial reports and performance summaries
– Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and financial planning strategies
– Support the onboarding process for new clients and assist with account setup
– Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of client service and satisfaction
– Stay informed on industry developments and best practices in wealth management

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
– Previous experience in financial services or wealth management preferred
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial analysis software
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements
