Key Responsibilities:

– Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner

– Prepare and present regular reports on account performance

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
– Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the commercial sector
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
