Our company is looking for a 360 Recruitment Specialist in Centurion.

Our Centurion branch is expanding, and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for bringing in new business.
This includes sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates alike. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies and services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage candidates for all types of roles.
Sourcing for new clients (Business Development)
Utilize our video interview system and assessment center to conduct thorough evaluations.
Develop bespoke psychometric assessments in collaboration with our team to meet specific client needs.
Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.
Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Collaborate with the team to innovate and enhance our recruitment methodologies.


2 – 3 years minimum proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
Familiarity with modern recruitment technologies and methodologies.
Strong understanding of psychometric assessment tools and their application in the recruitment process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
A results-driven approach and commitment to achieving excellence in recruitment outcomes.
A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field is preferred.
