Our client is driving change in the automotive industry in Sub Saharan Africa, and they are looking for an individual who can demonstrate proactiveness and initiative within their DMS teams and customers.
They are looking for a dedicated and
enthusiastic DMS consultant to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Provide accurate and relevant information about our products/services and assist customers in making informed decisions.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming to find swift and satisfactory solutions.
Input and update customer information accurately in the database.
Follow guidelines to ensure consistent and effective customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues and escalate matters when necessary.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Continuously improve your product knowledge and customer service skills through training and professional development opportunities.
Quality responses and positive relationship colleagues
Travel when required by the business

Requirements:

Fluent in English
Afrikaans beneficial
Excellent written and verbal communication
Knowledge of the Motor Industry beneficial
Microsoft Office Proficiency
High level of attention to detail
Team player
Excellent Telephonic skills and etiquette
Accounting skills beneficial

Package & Remuneration

R 35 000 – R 45 000 – Monthly
