Are you an experienced and hands-on Automotive Workshop Manager ready to steer a team toward excellence? Look no further – we have a thrilling opportunity waiting for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivated a skilled team of automotive technicians and support staff, servicing between 15 to 20 cars per day (3 technicians)
Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficiency and quality workmanship.
Implement and enforce safety standards and best practices.
Customer Focus:
Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch automotive services.
Address customer concerns promptly and ensure a positive service experience.

Resource Management:

Manage workshop resources, including tools, equipment, and inventory.
Optimize workflow to maximize productivity and minimize turnaround times.
Technical Expertise:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in automotive repair.
Provide technical guidance and support to the workshop team.

Quality Control:

Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of service.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets or exceeds industry specifications.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Automotive Workshop Manager or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.

Package & Remuneration :

R 35 000.00 – Monthly plus Incentives + vehicle + 50% Medical Aid + provident fund
