Duties & Responsibilities

Xcede has partnered up with with one of world’s leading international retail digital experience companies and they’re currently seeking a Business Analyst to join their rapidly growing organization in Cape Town!

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you collaborate with UX Design, various technical teams and performing research, analysis, understanding and communicating business/client requirements into software requirements which will meet market needs.

Necessary Requirements:

+4 years business analysis experience within an agile Scrum environment
BCom / BusSci or related university degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Sciences
Knowledge in process analysis, data analysis, testing, facilitation in JAD projects
Knowledge of demand and supply retail platforms
Excellent documentation and UML skills
Strong UX and UI design skills
Solid understanding of Agile SDLC models
