Duties & Responsibilities
A leading award-winning hosting company is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join their team. As a business, we are in the process of overhauling our existing platform, and designing new and innovative products.

As a company, collaboration is a key central part of the business. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with team members in both South Africa and Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to gain international exposure and to work alongside talented team members within the Digital/Design space.
Skills and Attributes:
*User-centred design experience
*Highly proficient in design and prototyping using Figma
*Understanding of and experience in contributing to design
systems
*Expertise in research software such as: Optimal Workshop, and
Zuko
*Product and competitor research
*Data analysis & working with Google analytics are a plus
*Excellent communication skills that will assist you in presenting
concepts and ideas in a way that’s simple to understand, working
with cross-functional teams including product development and
the contact centre.
*A flexible approach as you’ll be required to work on a diverse
range of projects
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Basic HTML5 & CSS3 are a plus
Qualifications & Experience:
*5 years plus experience as a UX Designer
*A diploma or equivalent in the design field
*A portfolio of work done to date
