Duties & Responsibilities

Systems Engineer – Cape Town

Our client is the largest insurer in Africa & is looking for a passionate individual who comes from a Systems Engineering background.

You will be involved in the Application Performance Life Cycle where you will benchmark Apps in the client’s landscape, debug performance bottlenecks as well as engage in root cause investigations.

The great thing about this role is that you will have an opportunity to grow your technical expertise by working alongside cross-functional teams & collaborating with other teams within the Software Development Lifecycle.

To be successful in this role you will be a virtualization expert (VMWare, HyperVisor) with hands-on experience with Linux servers. Your hands-on experience working with Active Directory & Firewalls will put you at the forefront for an interview.
