Root Cause Manager
Our Client is looking for a Root Cause Manager to do problem resolution and Root Cause Investigation services to resolve major production incidents.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for the provision of a digitally enabled technology service as a Group COE, that also drives business and transformation and provide group-wide digital and data architecture.
Requirements:
- Extensive (10+ years) technical, operations, risk and business management experience in complex large technology environments
- Application Performance Management capabilities
- Emergent IT and Infrastructure trends, notably software development, network, Infrastructure & DevOps
- Extensive experience in investigating root causes, providing workarounds and or temporary fixes, and recommending permanent solutions.
