Duties & Responsibilities
Are you an experienced Solutions Architect with a passion for designing innovative solutions? Look no further! The biggest bank in South Africa is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Solutions Architect.
They are looking for a minimum of 6 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and TOGAF certification, while you possess deep knowledge of architecture principles and design methodologies.
As a Solutions Architect, you will work closely with their stakeholders to understand their business requirements and design solutions that align with their strategic objectives. You will lead the development of architectural roadmaps, blueprints, and standards that guide our technology decisions. You will ensure that their solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. You will also provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development teams.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong communication and collaboration skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for innovation.
In addition, you must have experience with the following:
Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman
Cloud computing technologies, such as AWS or Microsoft Azure
Microservices architecture and API design
DevOps practices and tools
Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
