Duties & Responsibilities :

Main job function

To provide an efficient and responsive administrative organizational and logistical service to the Executive, helping him to manage and prioritize his time. The role requires the strictest attention to detail and outstanding time management skills. The executive assistant must have the ability to work independently and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Desired Experience & Qualification :

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Criteria
12+ years of experience in a related field.
Demonstrable experience in an administration/executive assistant/PA role in a highly pressurized environment requiring tact, judgment, and discretion in handling internal and external contacts (essential).
Experience in diary management/researching and booking of travel and accommodation (essential).
Experience in successfully working with senior management (essential).
