Job Description

Duties :

Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the director

· Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the director.

· Assist in personal tasks such as making travel arrangements, running errands, and managing household matters

· Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries or reports as needed.

· Coordinate and liaise with other staff members, clients, and external contacts.

· Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the employer’s personal and professional life.

· Prepare documents, presentations, and other materials as required.

· Anticipate needs and proactively provide support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities

· Arrange travel and book flights.

· Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and filtering requests and information for the employer.

Requirements :

· Grade 12

· Tertiary qualification preferred,

· Minimum 5 years experience as a PA or Senior Secretary,

· Proficient in MS Office,

· Canva experience preferred,

· Valid drivers license and own transport essential
