Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities :

Main job function

HR Support for both Staff and Managers (with support from HR Specialists)
Partner with Line Managers in developing talent for performance and succession Support on recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and retention initiatives
Propose and implement required training and development initiatives linked to business needs
Mentor individuals at all levels, for example, , supporting with development plans, proposing and implementing development solutions
Coaching of staff at all levels and on all employee relations issues in conjunction with central HR
Proactively partner with a line to drive a contribution culture linked to our Business Philosophy (Purpose, Values and Visions)
Facilitate Trainee development on in-house programmes
Coaching and mentoring trainees

Support in the recruitment and selection process of trainees & interns
Facilitating on workshops
Supporting and developing Trainers in the business for the various programme
HR Projects aligned to current business needs:
Projects vary according to business need, but are typically centred on strategic business imperatives that drive improvements to performance, succession and retention e.g. 360 feedback tools and processes, leadership development
Development and implementation of training material and tools

This role requires you to partner with Line Managers

Leadership development and retention
Drive and enhance HR processes.
Assist in motivating staff by driving various formal and informal interventions
Support on IR processes.
Mentor trainees and trainers on our various training programmes
Management drive a contribution culture

Desired Experience & Qualification :

Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualification

Criteria

Experience working on a factory floor/in stores/call centre essential
8 years experience in an OD/Coaching/Training/HR Generalist capacity
HR Generalist experience
Experience in training and development
Mentoring and coaching skills
Excellent writing skills
Presentation and facilitation skills
Organised and able to execute the implementation of HR projects
Experience with change management mentor developmental products within HR
Computer literate with excellent HR skills
