Duties & Responsibilities :

ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR-(PARKHOME / MODULAR BUILDING / UNITS REFURBISHER)-wiremans licence essential
ELECTRICAL QUALIFICATION ESSENTIAL (COC Testing and sign-off experience)

KNOWLEDGE OF ACCPAC AND EXCEL

CAPE TOWN BASED

Between R400k and R500k-market related

* Oversee the refurbishment and repairs to modular building units.
* ELECTRIACL QUALIFICATION WITH WIREMANS LICENSE AND COC TESTING AND SIGN-OFF

* Management of refurbishment budget, planning of all refurbishments.
* Ability to read and work off drawings and plans
* Management of stock and assets as well as all materials requirements
* Will also be accountable for fleet management requirements
* Accountability for housekeeping, health and safety and statutory regulations
* Staff supervision and management

* Co-ordinate all transportation of units to site

* Must have general maintenance experience – plumbing, carpentry, painting etc)
