Duties & Responsibilities :

Provide strategic leadership to achieve short-term and long-term objectives
Oversee day-to-day operations for efficiency, quality, and profitability
Develop strong relationships with franchisees, offering support and resources for success
Collaborate on business plans, including expansion and new products
Manage external relationships for optimal locations and favorable terms
Lead a high-performing team, fostering excellence and innovation
Monitor industry trends for growth opportunities
Ensure compliance with legal and company standards
Enhance brand visibility and reputation in external forums
Prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty
Utilize retail expertise for operational optimization and profitability

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 8 years of senior management experience in hospitality or retail industry
Financial acumen and experience in budget management
Extensive experience with franchising operations

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in business or related field

Package & Remuneration :

R 1 450 000 – R 1 680 000 – Annually
