Duties & Responsibilities :

Build strong relationships with staff, landlords and other key stakeholders to drive expansion and profitability
Oversee the day-to-day operations
Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business plans, including expansion strategies and new initiatives
Manage relationships with landlords and other external partners to optimise locations and negotiate favorable terms
Lead and inspire a high-performing team, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability
Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and standards
Represent the company in external forums to enhance brand visibility and reputation
Drive a customer-centric approach throughout the organisation, and prioritise customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualification:

Qualified CA(SA) or ACMA,CGMA or MBA

Package & Remuneration :

R 1 440 000 – R 1 680 000 – Annually
