Duties & Responsibilities :

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, objectives, and requirements for system integration projects.
Analyze existing systems, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for integration and improvement.
Collaborate with technical teams to design integrated solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals.
Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and data mappings.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop test plans, conduct testing, and ensure the quality and reliability of integrated systems.
Assist with change management activities including training, user adoption, and post-implementation support.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with system integration projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Desired Experience & Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Sience or a relevant field
Minimum of 6 years experience as a Business Analyst specialising in system integration.
Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and objectives, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Familiarity with various integration technologies and protocols such as APIs, web services, ETL, middleware, and data synchronization.
Ability to analyze complex systems and processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and propose effective solutions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, QA analysts, and project managers.
