Duties & Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
Provides technical advice and training on governance-related matters, including but not limited to legal, risk, data governance and legal workflow systems
Analyzing new legislation, advising, and guiding the Compliance Functions on corporate policies, practices, and frameworks to ensure adherence
Rolling out and integrating legal, risk and or internal audit recommendations
Roll out risk management initiatives and identification of types of risks (business, financial, legal, regulatory and security.)
Assist and work closely with the Head of Governance – Develop, maintain, and provide training on effective Data Governance, including but not limited to market and
price information data, privacy data (POPIA & GDPR).
Drafting, vetting, and maintenance of legal agreements, legal templates, and clause library
