Laboratory Reporting Specialist

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities :

Required proven statistical capabilities and Excel proficiency. BASOS certification will be advantageous. Must be/become Technical Signatory, approved by SANAS (ISO 17025). The core business is focussed on soil, water, leaf, and animal feed testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Retrieve, prepare and organize laboratory data efficiently for review and reporting
Review quality of results as well as sending of laboratory reports (for leaves, organic material, and water)
Responsible for all technical communication with clients (email, phone, visits and at trade shows)
Responsible for relationship management of clients and acting as a liaison between laboratory and client to ensure client
expectations are met and addressed effectively

Package & Remuneration

R 400 000 – R 460 000 – Annually
