Personal Assistant

Duties :

  • Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the director
  • · Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the director.
  • · Assist in personal tasks such as making travel arrangements, running errands, and managing household matters
  • · Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries or reports as needed.
  • · Coordinate and liaise with other staff members, clients, and external contacts.
  • · Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the employer’s personal and professional life.
  • · Prepare documents, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • · Anticipate needs and proactively provide support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities
  • · Arrange travel and book flights.
  • · Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and filtering requests and information for the employer.

Personal Assistant Requirements :

  • · Grade 12
  • · Tertiary qualification preferred,
  • · Minimum 5 years experience as a PA or Senior Secretary,
  • · Proficient in MS Office,
  • · Canva experience preferred,
  • · Valid drivers license and own transport essential
