Job Description
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as company secretary
Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to identify opportunities for improving and streamlining corporate governance processes
CSSA Qualification advantageous
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Duties & Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks related to Corporate governance
Maintain and organise and update corporate records, documents, and registers
Compliance Management:
Ensure clients’ compliance with regulatory requirements
Prepare and file necessary documents with government authorities
Included but not limited to: CIPC Annual Returns, share certificates, Share registers, Company Registration, Company Amendments
Document Drafting:
Assist in the drafting and reviewing of legal and governance related documents, such as resolutions and agreements
Training and Awareness:
Keep abreast of changes in legislation and regulation affecting companies.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
