Requirements:
Matric
Tertiary qualification – Advantageous
Computer Literacy – Proficient in Microsoft
2-3 years reception / admin experience
Must be well-spoken and presentable
Fully bilingual – English and Afrikaans
Head and shoulders photo must be attached to CV
Duties & Responsibilities:
Answering of switchboard
Directing incoming calls to correct employee
Taking down accurate messages and relaying to correct employee
General admin tasks
