Duties and responsibilities:
As a recruitment consultant you are required to source and qualify candidates to be submitted, for your positions
You are required to canvass and secure new clients as per the company`s chosen field of recruitment
You must be able to negotiate on behalf of your candidate, to secure the best outcome for your candidate, where needed
You will be required to draw up job briefs for your clients
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
Good computer program knowledge which includes; Outlook, Excel and Word is essential
Remuneration:
This position offers a market related basic salary as well as commission, to be discussed at interview stage
No benefits, such as medical aid and pension, are offered for this position
