Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Statistics and trend analysis
Data representation, reading graphs, working with unique data or outliers.
Excel calculations and formulas
Reporting and dashboard creation and administration
Ad-hoc reporting
Automation optimization and best practices
Power tools like Power Query, Power Automate and Power BI
Power automation: Troubleshooting, optimization, flow design.
Data transformation, optimization, and cleanup.
Data collection, including extracting and planning the flow of data.
SQL administration and maintenance, High availability, failover, agent jobs, TSQL and management studio,

Desired Experience & Qualification

VMware
Backup and Restore
Patch management
Windows server administration and troubleshooting, including basic knowledge of components.
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, best practices
Documentation and knowledge transfer and best practices
Anti-virus software
OT application support, Firmware updates, patches, and vulnerability management
